Code of Conduct

FCIB Code of Conduct describes the expectations associated with membership in and business with FCIB. All FCIB members and business partners are required to conduct themselves consistent with the FCIB Code of Conduct.

  • Members will maintain high standards of integrity and professional conduct.
  • Members will practice fairness and honesty.
  • Members will encourage others to act in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Members will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Antitrust and Competition Laws and Regulations and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
  • Members will respect and protect the intellectual property rights of FCIB, including any trademarks, logos and copyrights.
  • Members will not share the User ID and Password assigned to them with anyone else.
  • Members will not use FCIB membership information for business solicitation purposes.
  • Members will not engage in direct marketing and unsolicited calls and emails to other members.
  • Members will not use all or part of FCIB listings, including membership directory, online member listings, conference attendees and educational course participants for selling, prospecting or creating a contact list, directory or database.
  • Members will treat all information furnished by FCIB as confidential and will not reproduce materials without FCIB’s written approval.
  • Members will avoid conflicts of interest at all time.
