Note to Exhibitors
All exhibition stands, tables and marketing materials must be set up by 18.30 on Sunday, May 9, 2009. Exhibition stands may not be dismantled before 16:00 on Monday, May 10, 2009 but must be dismantled by 18:00 on that day. We respectfully ask that you commit to the exhibition schedule to help ensure that the show is a success for all involved.
For all FCIB exhibitors, we will forward a floor plan 6 weeks in advance of the conference date along with a full conference programme.
