Webinar log-in information and instructions will be emailed to all registrants on Monday, March 15, 2010 - the day before the first webinar session.

Reminder: In order to receive the log-in information and instructions the day before the event, payment must be received no later than 24 hours before the first session.


Participant Log-in Instructions

PRIOR TO THE EVENT, please test your computer using the instructions below. To participate in this event, you must have (1) a computer with a high-speed internet connection to view the visual portion of the event and (2) functioning computer speakers or a telephone to listen to the audio portion of the event.

Direct your web browser to the following URL (or copy and paste the URL directly into your web browser): http://www.myeventpartner.com/system_test.

  • You should see a green dot and a message that reads “You have passed the system test!”
  • If you see a message requesting access to your web camera or microphone, click “Deny.”
  • Be sure to take the sound portion of the test by clicking on the button that reads “Click here to test your sound.” If you have functioning computer speakers, you may listen to the event via your computer speakers. Telephone audio is available if you do not have functioning computer speakers.
  • In addition to taking the test above, it is recommended that you disable all pop-up blockers. After completing the test above, scroll down to the “Test Results” area. If your system is properly configured to participate in this online event, you should see a green dot next to each item. This “Test Results” area will indicate if you have an active pop-up blocker that needs to be disabled.
