Walter (Buddy) Baker
Vice President, Financial Solutions, Atradius Trade Credit Insurance, Inc.
Walter (Buddy) Baker is the Vice President of Financial Solutions at Atradius Trade Credit Insurance in Chicago. Previously, he held the position of Group Vice President in ABN-AMRO Bank's U.S. headquarters in Chicago. Mr. Baker is a recognized expert in letters of credit and has made numerous presentations for national associations. He is a member of the National Letter of Credit Committee of the International Financial Services Association, and is actively involved in establishing national and worldwide standard practices for L/Cs. Mr. Baker received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his M.B.A. from Northwestern.

Dr. Hans Belcsák
President, S.J. Rundt & Associates
Dr. Hans Belcsák is President of S.J. Rundt & Associates, Inc., headquartered in New York City. Born in Austria and educated for the most part in Innsbruck, he majored in commercial law and political economics and obtained the degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence. He is the publisher of Rundt's World Business Intelligence dealing with global, political and economic trends, Rundt's World Risk Analysis Program of Country Risk Assessments, and the Financial Executive's Country Risk Alert.

Kevin Chandler, CCE
Director of Global Credit & Collections, Halliburton Energy Services
Kevin Chandler serves as the Director of Global Credit and Collections for Halliburton Energy Services in Houston, Texas where he is responsible for the company's global portfolio. He has over 20 years of experience in international credit, finance, and receivable management. Prior to joining Halliburton, Mr. Chandler worked for Landmark Graphics Corporation, Westinghouse Electric Corporation and General Electric Capital Corporation.

David Clark
Vice President, Strategic and International Accounts, Euler Hermes ACI
David Clark is Vice President, Strategic and International Accounts with Euler Hermes ACI. Within the Export Underwriting Group, he works primarily with multi-national clients involved in a variety of industry sectors including high tech, mechanical equipment and commodities. Prior to joining Euler Hermes ACI, he spent 10 years with Maryland National Bank (now Bank of America). David Clark is a member of the FCIB Advisory Council.

Tom Croke
Director of Global Credit, Climate Control Sector of Ingersoll-Rand Corporation
Tom Croke has worked for many years in Europe, Africa and the Middle East in the credit and collection area as well as customer service. During that time he was also very involved in developing distributors in the emerging markets of Eastern Europe and Asia. For the last six years, Tom has had world wide responsibilities for credit and collection activities.

Mona Ghazzaoui, CFA
Senior Vice President and North America Head of Supply Chain Financing Solutions for Trade and Supply Chain Management, ABN AMRO Bank N.V.
Based in Montreal, Canada, Ms. Ghazzaoui is responsible for developing ABN AMRO’s Transaction Banking franchise in Canada and the U.S. In this role, she oversees product development, positioning and sales strategy, pricing, training and delivery of the Bank’s accounts receivable financing and supply side receivable purchase programs to corporate customers. Most recently, Ms. Ghazzaoui was responsible for trade services sales to large corporates in Canada. Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Ms. Ghazzaoui worked at Banque de la Mediterranee in Lebanon. She was also a lecturer at Beirut University College.

Alice Knight

Alice Knight is Vice President of Finance & Administration for Paper Products Marketing (USA) Inc., an international paper trading company headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Mrs. Knight has over 35 years of experience in International Finance and is an active member of FCIB and NACM. She has served as a Co-Chair, panel member and a presenter at FCIB's Annual Global Conferences, as Chair of the FCIB Forest Products Export Credit Group and has participated in FCIB Conferences in Mexico, Puerto Rico, Munich and Brussels. She is a member of the FCIB Board of Directors.

Chris Kuehl, Ph.D.
Managing Director, Armada Corporate Intelligence
Chris Kuehl, Ph.D. is the Managing Director of Armada Corporate Intelligence working with major clients including Yellow Transportation, Hallmark International, Lighthouse Communication and Texas Utilities. Dr. Kuehl has held many higher learning positions in Finance and Economics at institutions such as Baker University, Avila College, Budapest University of Economic Sciences, Tartu University and Min-Chuan College in Taipei. He currently serves as a senior faculty member for the Keller Graduate School of Management. Dr. Kuehl received his Ph.D. in Political Economics.

Bill Kulkens, CCE, CICP
International Credit Manager, Milliken & Co.
Bill Kulkens serves as International Credit Manager at Milliken & Co., a privately held, major textile and chemical manufacturing company selling globally to various industries including textiles, automotive, floor covering, and specialty chemicals. Currently, he leads the international credit area for the US manufacturing base, located in Manhattan. Mr. Kulkens has over 20 years of experience in the credit field and has been a member of FCIB since 1994, where he presently serves on the North American Advisory Council. His other roles include Board Member of the New York Institute of Credit; Advisory Board Member of the Silberman College of Business for Fairleigh Dickinson University; Chairman of the International Textile Credit Clearing House group; Treasurer of the 475-Esquire-Toppers Credit Club; and former Chairman of the 1245 Credit Club.

Eugene Perry
Division Credit Manager, Crouse-Hinds Division, Cooper Industries
Eugene W. Perry is the Division Credit Manager, Crouse-Hinds Division, Cooper Industries. He has more than 30 years of experience in domestic and international credit operations. Prior to joining Cooper, he was the Manager of Credit at Pennzoil Company (now Shell Oil) and the International Credit Manager at GAF Corporation (now International Specialty Products), and served a two-year assignment in Europe. He is the author of Practical Export Trade Finance, a reference for international credit and finance professionals. He has been an active member for over 30 years and currently on its Board of Directors.

David Weidinger
The McGraw-Hill Co.
David Weidinger is the Senior Director of Credit & AR for The McGraw-Hill Companies, coordinating a team of 150 credit professionals. He previously spent 13 years at DuPont, most recently as DuPont's Global Credit Manager. His background includes twenty-two years of business and management expertise, with fifteen years involved in international operations. He has lived abroad for nine years, seven of which involved finance and credit management in Central and Eastern Europe.


CICP Points:

2 professional development points will be awarded to all Certified International Credit Professional (CICP) designation holders.

Education Credits:

The Education Department of the National Association of Credit ManagementTM has reviewed the educational content of this advanced level program. Participants attending this program will earn .95 continuing education units (CEUs), all of which are valid for CCE recertification. The NACM Control Number is 13879.

The continuing education units have been awarded in accordance with the standards recommended by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training. The CEU is a nationally recognized unit designed to provide a record of an individual’s continuing education accomplishments. One continuing education unit (CEU) is awarded for each 10 contact hours of instruction.
