C. Bartels, Managing Director, Business Information Industry Association
Mr. Bartels is an information specialist with over 40 years of
global business experience in business information services. He
held line and staff management positions at the Dun & Bradstreet
Corporation in the USA, Europe and Asia. Bartels is founder and
chairman of Intrepid Explorers, Inc. (IEI), a US based global
information content consultancy. He is also co-founder of Business
Information Industry Association Asia Pacific – Middle East
Limited (BIIA), based in Hong Kong. BIIA was formed in June 2005
as a result of an initiative by several leading business information
content services companies and three information content consultancy
firms. BIIA is an affiliated industry association member of FCIB.

Jim
Bianculli, Manager – Credit & Collections and A/R –
EMEA
Mr. Bianculli has worked for Chemtura Corporation, and its predecessor,
Great Lakes Chemical Corporation, as a Credit Manager since 2000,
first in the U.S, and currently in Europe. He relocated to Antwerp
last year to assume responsibility for managing Credit operations
for the EMEA region. Prior to joining FCIB, he was an active member
of the NCCA in the U.S. Mr. Bianculli is a Certified Public Accountant
and an active member of the AICPA. He has a Masters Degree in
Business from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to
his Credit assignments, he worked for various companies as a Manager
- Financial Planning and Analysis, International Accounting Manager,
Divisional Accounting Manager and Staff Internal Auditor.
Kevin
Chandler, Director of Global Credit & Collections, Halliburton
Energy Services, USA
Mr. Chandler has twenty-two years of experience in international
credit, finance, and receivable management. He is currently Director
of Global Credit and Collections for Halliburton Energy Services
in Houston, Texas. Previous employers include General Electric,
Westinghouse Electric, and Landmark Graphics Corporations. Graduated
from University of St Thomas and University of Texas, Mr Chandler
holds several affiliations; National Association of Credit Management,
Finance, Credit, and International Business, Credit Research Foundation,
International Energy Credit Association Credit & Finance Development
Division of the NACM. He also held the post of Chairman of the
Board for NACM of South Texas, Inc from 1999 to 2000.
Lydia
Marshall, European Credit Manager, Shared Services, ITT Corporation,
UK
Mrs. Marshall has more than 20 years of credit management experience
covering both European and worldwide markets in a variety of industries.
She is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Credit Management and a
member of the French ‘Association des Credit Managers et
Conseils’ (AFDCC). Mrs Marshall recently joined ITT’s
newly formed European Shared Service Centre, where she is currently
building up a Centre of Excellence, in order to ensure the successful
roll-out of the credit management function of the many European
business units. Immediately prior to joining ITT she worked with
PricewaterhouseCoopers for seven years, as Principal Consultant,
leading teams on site, on pan-European cash generation and process
reengineering projects.
Nicolas
Papin, Corporate Credit Director, Kuehne + Nagel Management AG,
Switzerland
Mr. Papin graduated as a Master of IT and Economy in France. Prior
to joining Kühne & Nagel, he gained strong experience
in logistics transport, working in different countries in Africa
and Asia such as Gabon, Nigeria, Cameroon and Hong Kong. He worked
for various logistics' companies, becoming a specialist in rolling
out Worldwide Working Capital Improvement programs to optimise
all the existing tools as well as settling new solutions in order
to improve collection performance and reduce credit risk exposures.
He has also strong experience in accounting and financial analysis
and has an effective knowledge of all the payments systems in
Europe.
Satja
Ganpatsing, Corporate Director, Head Trade Advisory & Solutions,
ABN AMRO Bank NV, Netherlands
Ms. Ganpatsing started her career in 1978 at ABN AMRO Bank (previously
Amro Bank NV), Amsterdam, Documentary Credits Department. She
fulfilled roles in managing teams within the Foreign Collections
and Trade Finance departments. Ms Ganpatsing continued her career
in Trade Client Services Europe and Business Alliance/Relationship
Management. She is currently responsible for a.o. Advisory and
Compliance for Trade Transactions Europe with ABN AMRO.
Jean
Perdoni, CEO, Advancing Trade Spa, Italy
Mr. Perdoni graduated from Milan’s University Bocconi in
1990 in Business and Economics. Between 1991-1992, he obtained
Masters Degrees in Milan and London. His significant business
experience has been achieved with Plasmon (1992), Ways & Fashion
Ltd (1993 to 1995), C & P (1996 to 1998) and the Moretti Group
(1998 to 2000). In 2001 he was appointed CEO of Advancing Trade
Spa, an Italian company leader in Credit Management and a member
of the ‘Working Capital Management Group’.
Jacques
Vincken, Global Credit & Contract Services Manager, Shell
Chemicals, Netherlands
Mr. Vincken has worked with Shell in the Finance function for
over 22 years in various functions and has extensive experience
in Commercial Finance. He has had overseas assignments in various
Shell divisions and companies. In his current job as Global Credit
& Contract Services Manager for Shell Chemicals he has managed
to decrease drastically the working capital by integrating Credit
fully into the organization, and created a cash conscious environment
throughout Shell Chemicals. Mr Vincken frequently participates
in FCIB Conferences. He is also a member of the European Advisory
Council.
